1pt Garden Gimlet - Serves 1
2 oz 1pt Floral-Infused Gin
1½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
¾ oz Simple Syrup
Infuse 1pt Floral Blend and gin for 4-5 hours, strain and reserve for cocktail. Combine infused gin and all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled, strain pour into a coupe glass. Garnish with lavender sprig or edible blossoms.
