Like springtime in your glass. No matter what the weather is doing outside, inside, this subtle pairing of lavender- and licorice root infused gin plays into the zesty warmth of fresh lime juice and just a hint of natural sweetness. Enjoy up, on the rocks, or as the base for a springy spritz.

| 1pt Floral-infused Gin | 2 oz | 375ml |
| Fresh Lime Juice | 1½ oz | 10 oz |
| Simple Syrup | 1 oz | 6 oz |
Infusion Combine 375ml of gin with one packet of 1pt Floral Blend and let steep for 4-5 hours, strain, and reserve liquid for cocktails. Infused spirits can be stored indefinitely at room temperature. For best results, use within 4 months.
Instructions Combine infused gin and all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled, strain pour into a coupe glass. Garnish with lavender sprig or edible blossoms.

Mocktail Version Infuse using cold, filtered water instead of alcohol, turning occasionally during infusion time. Refrigerate infused water and use or discard within 4 weeks. Otherwise, follow recipe as directed.
