2 oz 1pt Rossa Infused Tequila
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Aperol or Campari
1/4 oz Simple Syrup
1 Egg White
3 oz Club Soda
Infuse 1pt Rossa Blend* and tequila for 3-4 hours, decant and reserve for cocktail. Combine all ingredients in shaker. Shake until cold, then strain and dry shake until frothy. Pour over ice, top with soda and garnish with flowers of choice (red carnations recommended).
