½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
5 oz Artisinal Tonic Water
Infuse 1pt Lime Blend* and gin for 3-4 hours, decant and reserve for cocktail. Combine infused gin, lime juice, and simple syrup with ice in cocktail shaker, shake and pour over ice. Top with tonic water and garnish with large ice cube with edible flower inside.
