1½ oz 1pt Smoky Infused Tequila
1 oz lime juice
¾ oz agave syrup
Infuse 1pt Smoky Blend and tequila for 2 hours (no more), decant and reserve for cocktail. Combine infused tequila, lime juice, and agave syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into glass up or over ice. Garnish with a lime wedge (thistle pictured). Salt rim optional.
