| Fresh Lime Juice | 1 oz | 6 oz |
| Agave Syrup | ½ oz | 3 oz |
| Sparkling Water / Topo Chico | Top | 16 oz |
* 375ml is half of a standard 750ml bottle of spirits
Infuse 375ml (half a standard bottle) of tequila with one packet of 1pt Bouquet Blend for 4-5 hours, strain and reserve infused spirit for cocktails. Combine infused tequila, lime juice, and agave syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled and well-combined (if batching, stir in a pitcher instead of using a shaker). Strain into a suitable glass over ice and top with sparkling water. Garnish with grapefruit or lime wedges (salt rim optional).

About this Rancho Rose Water tequila cocktail: an elevated Ranch Water cocktail. Much like the Prairie Rose that grows in the West Texas plains, this infusion adds an unexpected flash of color and refined rose flavor to an otherwise simple cocktail landscape of tequila, lime, and sparkling water. A bit of agave adds some sweetness, garnished with tart citrus and an optional salt rim.
