Rich holiday-season food is a glorious once-a-year indulgence - but one that can overwhelm at times! This mint-infused variation of the classic Gin Fizz with its effervescent club soda and seasonal cranberry is a perfectly refreshing way to lighten things up a bit - more Nice than Naughty!
STEP 1 - Easy Infusion
Infuse Your Spirit Combine 375ml of gin with one (1) packet of 1pt Mint Blend in any lidded vessel and infuse for 5-6 hours, strain, and reserve liquid for cocktails. Note: Infused spirits can be stored indefinitely at room temperature.
OR
For a mocktail* version of this drink Use 375ml of water or zero-proof spirits for your infusion instead of alcohol. Otherwise, follow directions as written. Note: Non-alc infusions should be refrigerated and used or discarded within 30 days.

STEP 2 - Mix Your Drink

Fresh Lemon Juice | 0.5 oz | 4 oz |
Simple Syrup | 1.0 oz | 8 oz |
Cranberry Juice | 0.5 oz | 4 oz |
Club Soda | 1.0 oz | 8 oz |
Mixing Instructions Combine all ingredients (except club soda) using the measurements above in a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled and well-combined. Strain into a suitable glass and serve “up” or over ice. Top with club soda. If batching, do not shake - combine all ingredients (including club soda) in a pitcher (with ice if desired) and stir. Garnish with cranberries and mint sprigs.
