1pt Mulled Red Infused Bourbon | 2 oz | 375ml* |
Fresh Lemon Juice | 1 oz | 6 oz |
Simple Syrup | 1 oz | 6 oz |
Red Wine | 1 oz | 6 oz |
* 375ml is half of a standard 750ml bottle of spirits
Infuse 375ml of bourbon with one packet of 1pt Mulled Red Blend for 2-3 hours, strain and reserve liquid for cocktail. Infused spirits do not need to be refrigerated and can be used as normal. Combine infused bourbon, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice. Strain pour into rocks glass over ice, reserving about ¼ of the glass. If batching, stir ingredients in a pitcher instead of using a shaker, chilling with ice as desired. Pour red wine slowly over the back of a spoon to create this cocktail's signature color separation. Garnish with rosemary sprig.
