1pt Minted Mule - Serves 1
3 oz 1pt Mint Infused Vodka
¼ oz Fresh Lime Juice
4 oz Ginger Beer

Infuse 1pt Mint Blend* and vodka for 5-6 hours, decant and reserve for cocktail. Combine infused vodka and lime juice in a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain over ice into a cocktail glass (or a copper mule mug if you have one handy), top with Ginger Beer and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
