1pt Jardin Fizz

1pt Jardin Fizz - Serves 1

2 oz 1pt Floral Infused Gin
½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
1½ tsp Powdered Sugar
3-4 oz Club Soda

Infuse 1pt Floral Blend* and gin for 4-5 hours, strain and reserve liquid for cocktail. Zest lime and set aside. Combine infused gin, lime juice, and powdered sugar in shaker with ice. Shake until cold and frothy. Strain into tall glass + top with club soda. Garnish with dried lavender sprig and lime zest.
