Combine a 1pt Mint Infusion Blend Packet with 375ml of rum in any lidded container. Let it infuse for 5-6 hours, then strain, and reserve the infused spirit for your cocktails. (No need to refrigerate - infused spirits can be stored indefinitely at room temperature)

Long Jing, Lemongrass, Ginger, Peppermint - no sugar, gluten, dairy, nuts, additives, or preservatives
STEP 2 - Mix Your Drink

Mixing Instructions:
Combine the infused rum and fresh lime juice in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a suitable glass over fresh ice and top with ginger beer. For batching, do not shake. Instead, combine all ingredients in a pitcher with ice (adding 4 oz of water to mimic the dilution you usually get from shaking) and serve as normal.
Garnish:
Garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of fresh mint to enhance the aromatic experience.
