1pt Harvest Mule Recipe

1pt Harvest Mule
When autumn is at its peak, with firepit smoke in the air, leaves underfoot, and something warm from the oven waiting on the counter, the Harvest Mule fits the scene. Refreshing ginger beer and fresh lemon balance the bakery-spice warmth, and natural maple rounds the edges. Cozy and bright.
STEP 1 - Easy All-Natural Infusion
Infuse Your Spirit:
Combine a 1pt Pumpkin Spice Infusion Blend Packet with 375ml of Vodka in any lidded container. Let it infuse for 2-3 hours, then strain, and reserve the infused spirit for your cocktails. (No need to refrigerate - infused spirits can be stored indefinitely at room temperature)
1pt Pumpkin Spice Infusion Blend Ingredients:
Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Clove, Ginger, Apple, Turmeric - no sugar, gluten, dairy, nuts, additives, or preservatives
Mocktail* Version:
Substitute water or a zero-proof spirit for the alcohol in this infusion and follow the same steps. (Non-alcoholic infusions should be refrigerated and used within 30 days)
STEP 2 - Mix Your Drink
| Ingredient | Cocktail (1) | Batch (6+) |
|---|---|---|
| 1pt Pumpkin Spice-infused Vodka* | 2.0 oz | 375ml |
| Fresh Lemon Juice | 1.5 oz | 9 oz |
| Maple Syrup | 1.0 oz | 6 oz |
| Ginger Beer | 2.0 oz | 12 oz |
Mixing Instructions:
Combine ingredients (withholding the Ginger Beer) in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a suitable glass over ice. Top with Ginger Beer. For batching, do not shake. Instead, combine all ingredients in a pitcher with ice (adding 4 oz of water to mimic the dilution you usually get from shaking) and serve as normal.
Garnish:
Garnish with a cinnamon stick and grated nutmeg to accent the warm spices of the infusion.
STEP 3 - Enjoy!
For an Added Twist:
Add a splash of fresh apple cider to send this one over the top.

- Simple & Satisfying: Warm soft pretzel bites with maple-Dijon mustard, offering salty pull-apart comfort that plays beautifully with the drink’s ginger, lemon, and bakery-spice warmth.
- Classic & Comforting: Sage chicken meatballs with a light maple glaze, bringing savory herb depth and just enough sweetness to echo the cocktail without weighing it down.
- Elevated & Elegant: Butternut squash and goat cheese tartlets with toasted pepitas, pairing creamy, savory autumn flavor with a little crunch while keeping the Harvest Mule bright.
