1 oz 1pt Floral Infused Vodka
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
4 oz Champagne or Prosecco
Infuse 1pt Floral Blend and vodka for 4-5 hours, strain and reserve liquid for cocktail. Combine infused vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain pour into a suitable glass (traditionally, a flute or coup glass) and top with sparkling wine (recommend Champagne or Prosecco). For a lighter spritz alternative, replace some of the sparkling wine with club soda. Sprig of lavender for garnish.
