2 oz 1pt Citrus Infused Gin
Handful fresh blueberries
½ oz simple syrup
½ oz fresh lemon juice
4 oz artisanal tonic water
Infuse 1pt Citrus Blend* and gin for 4-5 hours, decant and reserve for cocktail. Combine infused gin, blueberries, simple syrup, and lemon in a mixing glass and muddle. Do no strain. Pour over ice and top with tonic water. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
