1pt Barcelona G&T - Serves 1

2 oz 1pt Citrus Infused Gin 
½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
4-5 oz Tonic Water

Infuse 1pt Citrus Blend* and gin for 4-5 hours, decant and reserve for cocktail. Combine infused gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into glass over ice.
