1pt Pure Passion - Serves 1

1½ oz 1pt Chili-Infused Vodka
2 oz Passionfruit Juice
½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
¼ Simple Syrup

Infuse 375ml (half a standard bottle) of vodka with one packet of 1pt Chili Blend for 3 hours (no longer), strain and reserve infused spirit for cocktails. Combine ingredients using the measurements above in a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled and well-combined. Strain into a suitable glass either "up" or over ice as desired. Garnish with chili threads.
