1pt Perfect Pom

1pt Perfect Pom - Serves 1

2 oz 1pt Spiced Vanilla-Infused Vodka
1½ oz Pomegranate Juice
¾ Fresh Lime Juice
¾ Simple Syrup
2 oz Club Soda (optional)

Infuse 1pt Spiced Vanilla Blend and vodka for 3-4 hours, strain and reserve for cocktail. Combine infused vodka, pomegranate juice, lime juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.  Shake until chilled. Pour over ice into suitable glass.  Optionally, top with club soda.  Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
