1pt Mint At Midnight - Serves 1
1½ oz 1pt Mint Infused Rum
5 oz Hot Chocolate

Infuse 1pt Mint Blend* and rum for 5-6 hours, strain and reserve liquid for cocktail. Simply add the infused rum to a mug of warm cocoa. Garnish with
marshmallows and possibly a cinnamon stick.

About this cocktail: cocoa: part of the smells and tastes of the holidays. But let's be honest, sometimes that cocoa needs a kick to get it really moving in the festive direction. Our advice? Whip up a batch of Mint-infused rum and lay in wait. Nobody finishes all the cocoa they make, so when that just-warmed saucepan of chocolate-y goodness has been left unattended, that's your time to pounce. Nothing goes together better than mint and chocolate, except when it's mint and chocolate... and RUM!
