| 1pt Citrus Infused Gin | 1½ oz | 375ml* |
| Fresh Lemon Juice | 1 oz | 8 oz |
| Simple Syrup | ½ oz | 4 oz |
| Sparkling Apple Cider | 3 oz | 25 oz |
* 375ml is half of a standard 750ml bottle of spirits
Infuse 375ml of gin with one packet of 1pt Citrus Blend for 4-5 hours, strain, and reserve liquid for cocktail. Infused spirits do not need to be refrigerated and can be used as normal. Combine infused gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake until cold and frothy, strain into a suitable glass with ice. Top with sparkling apple cider. Cinnamon stick and sprig of thyme.
