2 oz 1pt Cinnamon-infused Gin
1½ oz Red (Sweet) Vermouth
1½ oz Campari
Infuse 1pt Cinnamon Blend and gin for 5-6 hours, strain and reserve liquid for cocktail. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain pour into a suitable glass over ice (suggest one large cube). Garnish with an orange twist and a cinnamon stick.
