1pt Chili Salty Dog

1pt Chili Salty Dog - Serves 1

2 oz 1pt Chili-Infused Vodka 
4 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice

Infuse 1-packet of 1pt Chili Blend and 375ml of vodka (half a standard bottle) for 3 hours (no longer), strain, and reserve liquid for cocktail. Your infused spirit will make 6+ cocktails. For each cocktail, combine infused vodka and fresh grapefruit juice in a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled and combined. Strain into suitable glass over ice. Garnish with grapefruit wedge. Lime-Salt rim optional (but delicious).

Let the balanced (manageable) heat of the Chili infusion, with its salty sencha, settling citrus, and spicy mix of pink peppercorn and chili flakes, do all the work. Just infuse and mix in some fresh grapefruit juice and you're good to go.
