The trick to simple delicious cocktails is rapid infusion. 1pt makes it very, very easy. Just follow these simple instructions and you're on your way to the perfect cocktail! What You Need
- a 1pt Blend Packet
- 375ml of spirits (half a standard bottle)
- A jar, pitcher, bowl, measuring cup, or any lidded vessel that holds at least 375ml of liquid (our 1pt Infusion Kit is purpose built for this)
- Open the 1pt Blend Packet and empty ALL of the contents into your vessel
- Add your 375ml of spirits to that same vessel and set a timer for the Infusion Time it tells you on the back of the 1pt Blend Packet
- When time's up, use a strainer to strain the now-infused spirit liquid into a suitable bottle (again, our 1pt Bar Bottle+ is the perfect thing but you can use any bottle you like), discard the used infusion blend material, and reserve the infused spirit for your cocktails
- Combine one 1pt Blend Packet with one standard bottle of wine (750ml) in a saucepan
- Simmer (do not boil) over low heat for 20-30 mins, following recipe
- Strain liquid and return to saucepan on lowest heat for serving, keep covered
You're done. Now just follow the simple cocktail recipe to make your infused cocktail And enjoy!

In this demo, we use our 1pt Infusion Kit and 1pt Bar Bottle, but the steps are the same no matter what vessels you're using...
1pt infusion blends are constructed from carefully developed formulas of all-natural dried ingredients. They are blended at an FDA-approved facility in the USA exclusively for 1pt and contain absolutely no dairy, gluten, sugar, additives, or GMO.
1pt is a revolutionary approach to flavoring spirits. We believe infusion is the future of cocktails in the era of craft. It's a simple and direct way to add a wide variety of subtle, elegant, and even exotic flavors to your drink without the need for loads of strange and expensive standalone mixers, bitters, or other ingredients. Here is a bit more about each of our blends:
No. 001 CITRUS
Lemongrass / Ginger / Lemon Verbena / Yerba Mate / Marigold Petals
A subtle, lemon-focused citrus blend which pairs well with a range of spirits. Crisp and refreshing with the slightest hint of warming ginger, this blend includes Yerba Mate, a South American herb that lends an earthy smokiness which nicely balances the vibrant tone of the lemon verbena. Infusion Time: 4-5 hrs
No. 002 MINT
Long Jing / Lemongrass / Ginger / Peppermint
Crisp, cooling mint, balanced with subtle hints of lemon and ginger, grounded with a pinch of earthy Long Jing green tea from Anhui province in China. This blend works well with a broad range of spirits and provides an active base for an array of classic cocktails such as the Mint Julep and the Mojito. Infusion Time: 5-6 hrs
No. 003 FLORAL
Chamomile / Lavender / Orange Zest / Licorice Root
An uplifting, aromatic blend of lavender, orange zest, and licorice root with a balancing note of soothing chamomile. Ideally suited to fruit- or wine-based cocktails, the aromatic quality of this blend also complements the complex notes of most gins, and the sweetness of bourbon. Reminiscent of freshly-cut wildflowers and summer garden parties. Infusion Time: 4-5 hr
No. 004 CHILI
Sencha Fukamushi / Orange Zest / Pink Peppercorn / Flaked Chili
A robust, savory blend with heady notes of freshly-ground pink peppercorn and the lingering heat of mouth-tingling chili flakes. Infusion Time: max. 3 hrs
No. 005 CINNAMON
Orange Zest / Apple / Cinnamon / Rooibos / Ginger
We actively manage the bold peppery tones of cinnamon with layered notes of mellowing soft fruits and a gentle hint of ginger. The cinnamon develops quite quickly during infusion making it imperative to infuse for the full recommended five hours by which time with the apple and orange emerge to deliver a critical balancing, golden warmth. A deceptively versatile blend that references both the golden age of Island/Tiki cocktails on one the hand, and on the other, autumn days spent by a roaring fire. Infusion Time: 5-6 hrs
No. 006 CHOCOLATE
Vanilla Rooibos / Cacoa Shells / Marigold Petals
A rich, luxurious blend of cacoa, Vanilla Rooibos, and marigold petals which separates the flavor of chocolate from the cloying sugar which usually accompanies it. Vanilla provides unexpected flavor separation from the sophisticated cacoa and allows a distinctly creamy, chocolatey finish to develop with clarity and gourmet sensibility. Infusion Time: 5-6 hrs
No. 007 SMOKY
Ceylon Black / Lapsang Souchong / Bergamot / Cornflower Petals
A deep and complex blend of Ceylon Black, smoked Lapsang Souchong from the Wuyi Mountains of China, and refreshing counterpoint notes of lemony bergamot. The tarred character of the black teas provide a center of gravity for the ethereal citrus notes that characterize this most sophisticated formulation. Infusion Time: max. 2 hrs
No. 008 ROSSA
Hibiscus / Grapefruit Zest / Orange Zest / Omani Lime
The uniquely tangy-sweet flavor of hibiscus combines with the luxuriously bitter deep citrus notes of grapefruit, orange, and Omani Lime to create this rich blend which complements a wide range of spirits and cocktails. Consider pairing with cocktails that benefit from hints of Aperol, Campari, or Angostura bitters to maximize the impact of this blend. Infusion Time: 3-4 hrs
No. 009 BLOODY
Celery / Rosehip / Ancho Chili / Turmeric / Black Peppercorn / Lemon Zest / Garlic
Focusing on the layered peppery notes of celery, turmeric, garlic, peppercorn, and mellow ancho chili, this blend’s savory complexity provides a confident base for a Bloody Mary or a perfect complement to the briny richness of a Dirty Martini. A natural cocktail starter, the Bloody Blend is equally enjoyable on the rocks. Infusion Time: 5-6 hrs
No. 010 GINGER
Ginger / Elderflower
One of the wonder ingredients of the ancient world, ginger is prized in global cuisine as a fragrant aromatic. As the name implies, this single focus blend highlights the tangy complexity of straight ginger, where its properties as an appetite stimulant can be put to good use in a wide range of aperitifs and cocktails. Elderflower is added to take the edge off ginger’s natural peppery fire with just a hint of botanical sweetness. Infusion Time: 2-3 hrs
No. 011 LIME
Omani Lime / Lemongrass / Rosehip / Mt Olympus Flower
Lemon’s subtley sweeter and less piercing cousin, Lime is the kick in a Margarita, the balance in a Gin & Tonic, and the base for the original Daquari. Presented in this blend with supporting notes of earthy lemongrass, tangy Rosehip, and herbaceous Mt. Olympus Flower. Pairs well with most spirits. Infusion Time: 2-3 hrs
No. 012 BARREL
Dark Wuyi / Wood Dragon / Puerh / Dandelion Root / Clove / Vanilla Rooibos
This refined mixture of exotic teas combines with perfumed notes of clove, dandelion root, and vanilla to produce a powerful, elegant, woody blend with notes of leather that pairs deliciously with dark spirits. Unapologetically rich and sophisticated. Infusion Time: 2-3 hrs
No. 013 MARRAKECH
Cardamom / Keemun Black / Cacao Shells / Hibiscus / Rose Petal
Reminiscent of the spice bazaars of Mediterranean North Africa, this blend is a heady mix of confectionery spices, cacao, and flowering petals. When infused into clear spirits, the flavor notes are aromatic, subtle, and perfumed. When infused into dark spirits, those flavors take on a deeper, unexpected chocolate-y richness. Infusion Time: 3-4 hrs
No. 014 PUMPKIN SPICE
Nutmeg / Cinnamon / Clove / Ginger / Apple / Turmeric
A mixture of the classic baking spices commonly used in the symbolic dessert of the Autumn harvest season in North America: Pumpkin Pie. Infusion Time: 2-3 hrs
No. 015 SPICED VANILLA
Vanilla Rooibos / Black Mao Feng / Decorated Rooibos / Allspice / Clove / Elderberry

A natural partner for the sweetness of bourbon or rum, either neat or in a cocktail. Infusion Time: 3-4 hrs
No. 016 MULLED RED
Orange Zest / Cinnamon / Ginger / Cardamom / Clove / Allspice / Elderberries

No. 017 MULLED WHITE
Lemon Verbena / Cardamom / Apple / Ginger / Pink Peppercorns
A variation on a family recipe for classic Swedish Glögg, this blend mulls white wine instead of red. The lighter spices and airy lemon verbena combine with apple and the peppery notes of ginger and peppercorn to accentuate the sunny character of a fruity white. Add a bit of natural sweetness to ward off the winter doldrums. Mulling Time: 20-30 mins
No. 018 SANGRIA RED
Orange Zest / Cinnamon / Ginger / Allspice / Elderberry / Cardamom / Clove
First made famous in the US at the 1964 World’s Fair, traditional Sangria is made from red wine, fresh fruit, juice, soda water and sometimes a dram of fortifying brandy. This 1pt blend provides a subtle, gourmet spice base that amplifies fruit flavors and offers a bit of depth and complexity. Best infused in a full-bodied red wine. Infusion Time: 3 hrs
No. 019 SANGRIA WHITE
Linden Blossom / Lemongrass / Marigold Flowers / Ginger
Sangria Blanco is anything but new. Credited with inspiring the famous sparkling wine of the Cava region of Spain, the focus for White Sangria has always been floral, herbaceous, and botanical flavor notes. This 1pt blend echoes those characteristics to deliver a lighter, breezier alternative to classic Red. Best infused in a fruit-forward white wine. Infusion Time: 3 hrs
No. 020 BOUQUET
Rose Petal / White Peony / Chamomile / Hibiscus / Lavender
Reminiscent of an early summer evening stroll through an English Garden, this highly aromatic blend blossoms in the presence of clear spirits and develops a subtle range of floral and botanical flavor characteristics that would be hard to achieve any other way. The presence of hibiscus to complement the core rose/peony/lavender flavors imbues each infusion with a muted pink color. Infusion Time: 4-5 hrs
