JESUP PALOMA ~ from behind the bar at Bill Taibe's renowned downtown Westport CT gastro-local Jesup Hall, this farm-fresh version of the classic Yucatan Paloma deconstructs the traditional "grapefruit soda" component into natural juice, club soda, and a touch a simple syrup sweetness all helped along by a bit of heat from our Chili Infusion blend.

Infusion Time: 3 hours (max)
Ingredients: Sencha Shizuoka, Orange Zest, Pink Peppercorn, Chili Flakes
Contains no sugar, gluten, dairy, GMO, or any artificial additives
MAKING THIS COCKTAIL AT HOME...
Quickly infuse your tequila with this 1pt infusion blend (just like making tea, except with tequila instead of water). Follow the simple recipe (included) to combine your Chili-infused tequila, fresh grapefruit juice, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup in a shaker. Serve over ice in any glass you like, top with club soda. Salt rim and lemon garnish.
