1pt Sangrita - Serves 1

2 oz 1pt Bloody Infused Tequila

2 oz tomato juice

1 oz orange Juice

1 oz grapefruit juice

1/2 oz lime juice

2 drops tabasco

Infuse 1pt Chili Blend* and tequila for 3 hours (no longer), decant and reserve for cocktail. Combine all ingredients in mixing glass. Stir and serve over ice in collins glass. Garnish with rim salt, celery stick and cherry tomatoes.
