1 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
Handful fresh raspberries
Handful fresh mint
Infuse 1pt Mint Blend* and gin for 5-6 hours, decant and reserve for cocktail. Combine infused bourbon, raspberries, simple syrup, and lemon in a mixing glass and muddle. Do no strain. Serve without ice. Garnish with a whole raspberries and a mint sprig.
