2 oz 1pt Cinnamon Infused Rum
1 oz Montenegro Amaro
1/4 oz Agave Syrup
Infuse 1pt Cinnamon Blend* and gin for 5-6 hours, decant and reserve for cocktail. Combine all ingredients in mixing glass. Add ice, stir until chilled. Serve in rocks glass with large ice cube or coupe up. Garnish with Orange Twist.
