2 oz 1pt Spiced Vanilla Infused Vodka
2 oz almond milk
1/2 oz orange liqueur
Infuse 1pt Vanilla Blend* and gin for 5-6 hours, decant and reserve for cocktail. Stir all ingredients other than garnish with ice, then strain into a stemmed glass and top with crushed ice. Garnish with lemon slice.

This cocktail was created in partnership with mixologist and social media influencer, Valerie Smeshko (@V_alcohol). "Who loves dessert cocktails but wishes they could be balanced in sweetness and flavor? I'm always conscious of sugar content in my cocktails and therefore really appreciate having the ability to add sweetness and flavor separately. 1pt infusion blends by allow me to easily infuse a spirit like vodka with a punch of unique flavors but aren't sweetened. This allows me to finish my cocktail recipe with sweet elements that I can use in moderation. In this case, I infused vodka with 1pt's warming fall blend of vanilla rooibos, black mao feng, decorated rooibos, allspice, clove and elderberries. I then added orange liqueur and lightly sweetened almond milk to create a healthier dessert cocktail reminiscent of an orange creamsicle yet with layers of warm spice and earthiness."
