1½ oz 1pt Cinnamon Infused Bourbon Whiskey
½ oz coffee liqueur
½ oz Cynar
2 dashes of orange bitters
Top w/ amaretto whipped cream
Infuse 1pt Cinnamon Blend* and bourbon for 5-6 hours, decant and reserve for cocktail. In a mixing glass, combine the bourbon, coffee liqueur, cynar, and bitters. Stir in ice and strain into a rocks glass with one large ice cube, then top with the whipped cream. Garnish with ground espresso.
