1pt Barrel Mint Smash

1pt Barrel Mint Smash - Serves 1
2 oz 1pt Barrel Infused Bourbon
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
Handful of mint
2 Lime wedges

Infuse 375ml of Bourbon with 1-packet of 1pt Barrel Blend for 2-3 hours, strain, and reserve for cocktail. Muddle lime and mint in glass.  Add simple syrup and infused bourbon.  Add Crushed ice.  Stir and serve.  Garnish with fresh Mint sprig.

1pt Barrel Blend ingredients include: Dark Wuyi / Wood Dragon / Puerh / Dandelion Root / Clove / Vanilla Rooibos

About this cocktail: The profile of this cocktail is similar to a Mint Julep, and you really can't screw up! We decided to shake things up a bit by adding some earthy-ness to the standard by infusing our Barrel blend into our bourbon, which pairs deliciously with your freshly smashed mint and lime. Hence, Barrel Mint Smash!
