Lime + Tequila + Agave = a magic combination, no doubt. Our 1pt Lime Infusion adds additional depth and complexity with notes of rounding Lemongrass, botanical Rosehip and Mt Olympus Flower, paying homage to the original invented in Baja, CA in the 1930s.

| 1pt Lime-infused Tequila | 1½ oz | 375ml |
| Fresh Lime Juice | 1 oz | 8 oz |
| Agave Syrup | ¾ oz | 6 oz |
Infusion Combine 375ml of tequila with one packet of 1pt Lime Blend and let steep for 2-3 hours, strain, and reserve liquid for cocktails. Infused spirits can be stored indefinitely at room temperature. For best results, use within 4 months.
Instructions Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake and strain-pour into a suitable glass, up or over ice. Garnish with lime wheel (lime-zest salt rim optional).

Mocktail Version Infuse using cold, filtered water instead of alcohol, turning occasionally during infusion time. Refrigerate infused water and use or discard within 4 weeks. Otherwise, follow recipe as directed.
